Who I Help
My clinical experience includes working with anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, PTSD, bereavement, loneliness and anger management, fertility and perinatal support, plus parenting issues. Neurodiverse and LGBTQAI+ affirming. I also see a number of clients from the creative and medical industries working with career support and burn out. I work from a strength-based approach, which means finding out about your existing resilience and supports, and building on these.

Fertility
I previously worked with the staff and patients at King’s Fertility, London and I gained insight into the incredible highs and lows when you are trying to have a baby, IVF, infertility, miscarriage and painful ‘invisible’ grief. As a fertility informed counsellor I can provide a supportive space where you can talk openly and honestly about your journey.
Pregnancy, birth and beyond
I have extensive experience working with NHS maternity units, antenatal and health visitor settings. Pregnancy, childbirth, and the first year after having a baby can be full of joy but also immense pressure, uncertainty and fear. With one in five women developing a mental illness during pregnancy or in the first year after birth, you are not alone and I can provide support for the transition and beyond.
Neurodiverse support
Everyone needs and deserves a safe space where they can be themselves, to feel understood and accepted. As a neurodiverse-sensitive counsellor I try to meet people where they are, and work together to create meaningful goals that respect and appreciate inborn traits and temperaments. Counselling work may not be focused on challenges related to neurodiversity, and if it is, I focus on building upon inherent strengths and learning skills to navigate a neurotypical world with self-compassion and respect.
